William B. Arnold, MBA
Information Technology Director

William B. Arnold is HFSC’s director of information technology and has been with the Center since 2014. Mr. Arnold’s forensic science career began in the 1990s as a toxicologist in the Arkansas State Crime Laboratory. He later worked as a quality manager and forensic science supervisor in the Phoenix Police Department. Mr. Arnold previously worked in the HPD’s Crime Laboratory, and was project manager for the selection and implementation of a new Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). At HFSC, Mr. Arnold oversees technology projects, including creating a separate network for HFSC and an independent security system.
