Dr. Clifford Spiegelman, a distinguished professor at Texas A&M University, has won recognition for cross-disciplinary research. Since 2002, Dr. Spiegelman has worked on applying statistical analysis to criminal justice issues, including for the Innocence Project. He spent almost a decade at the National Institute of Standards and Technology. Dr. Spiegelman serves as the official statistician for the Texas Holocaust and Genocide Commission. Dr. Spiegelman was named a 2014 Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science. He earned his doctorate in statistics and applied mathematics at Northwestern University.
